Are You a Born Leader?
Most people aren't, but but that is no reason to quit. There are also no "born lawyers," "born physicians," or "born politicians."
Leadership is a potential, a capacity that can be cultivated.
What kind of preparation does your organization have to help a person who is getting promoted? Do you have training available so they have the skills necessary to do the job? Probably. But does anyone work with them to make sure the person is mentally prepared? It is usually our limiting beliefs about ourselves, not our abilities, that hold us back.
How much do you want to accomplish in the next five years? What great things do you want to see done? Do you truly want to lift up and inspire others while fulfilling your own dreams?
Albert Einstein said: "The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them."
If you are willing to face yourself and discover the real obstacles that are blocking your success now, schedule a complimentary consultation.
Dr. Ty as a Small Business / Entrepreneur Coach
I failed at being an entrepreneur several times as a young adult, and thought I couldn't do it (limiting beliefs were holding me back).
I started in the retail industry, then moved into the technology field, and worked for many corporations including; Sears, Office Depot, Compaq, HP, and Microsoft, as an employee, manager, and executive.
But the entrepreneurial spirit never left me so, in 2002, I left Microsoft and started another small business that thrived.
Being in the corporate world gave me insight I would never have had if I had only been a small business owner.
I believe my experience in both worlds will help you with your small business and/or executive needs, and I hope you will contact me to help coach your business to the next level.
